Orders & Minimums

Is there really no minimum order?
Yes. You can order as few as 1 item. Volume discounts apply automatically as your order grows: 7% off at 25+ units, 12% off at 50+, and 18% off at 100+. For orders of 250+ units, contact us for custom Corporate pricing.
Can I order different sizes in the same order?
Absolutely. Mix and match sizes within a single order. Our system handles size breakdowns automatically.
Can I order multiple products in one quote request?
Yes. Our quote form allows you to add multiple products and quantities in a single request.

Design & Files

What file formats do you accept?
We accept PNG, JPG, SVG, AI, EPS, and PDF. Vector files give the best results for logos and text.
What if I do not have a design ready?
Send us your logo, brand colors, and any ideas. Our team will create a placement layout for your review — free with every order.
How do I know my colors will print correctly?
Every order includes a digital proof with exact color references. We use calibrated ICC profiles for each print technique.

Turnaround & Shipping

How long does production take?
Most orders ship within 3-7 business days of design approval. Rush orders (1-2 days) are available — contact us for pricing.
Do you ship outside the US?
Currently we ship within the continental US and Canada. Contact us for international shipping options.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We ship via UPS and USPS Priority. Tracking is provided for all orders.

Pricing & Payment

Are there any setup fees?
No setup fees, no hidden charges. The price you see per unit is the price you pay.
Do you offer corporate billing or net terms?
Yes. Established businesses can apply for Net-30 terms. Contact our team for details.
Can I get a sample before placing a full order?
Yes. Single-unit sample orders are available at regular pricing.
