Inkcora Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Inkcora. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, produce, and ship orders within the United States and to Canada.
1. Order Processing and Production Time
Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3–7 business days after order confirmation, payment approval, and approval of any required artwork, mockup, proof, or production specifications.
For customized products, production time may vary depending on the product type, order quantity, customization method, artwork approval, inventory availability, and production schedule.
Orders are not considered ready for production until all required information has been received and approved, including artwork, logo files, product specifications, quantities, sizes, colors, and shipping details.
2. Business Days
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
3. Shipping Locations
Inkcora ships orders within the United States and to Canada.
Domestic shipping within the United States may be provided through carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other available shipping providers.
Shipping to Canada may be provided through carriers such as USPS, DHL Express, UPS, or other available international shipping providers.
Available shipping methods may vary depending on the destination, package size, package weight, product type, and carrier availability.
4. Shipping Origin
Orders may ship from our production or fulfillment facility in Massachusetts or from one of our approved production, fulfillment, or supplier locations.
Because we work with production and fulfillment partners, some orders may ship in separate packages or from different locations.
5. Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided when available after the order has shipped.
Once a tracking number has been issued, shipping updates are handled by the carrier. Please allow time for tracking information to update after the package is scanned by the carrier.
6. Shipping Times
Shipping times depend on the selected shipping method, destination, carrier performance, customs processing for Canadian orders, and other factors outside of Inkcora’s control.
Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.
Inkcora is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, customs delays, incorrect shipping addresses, failed delivery attempts, or delays caused by events outside our control.
7. Rush Production
Rush production may be available for certain products or orders.
Customers must contact us at hello@inkcora.com before placing an order if they need rush production or delivery by a specific date.
Rush production is not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by Inkcora. Additional rush fees and expedited shipping fees may apply.
8. Shipping to Canada
We offer shipping to Canada. Canadian customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, tariffs, or other charges required by Canadian authorities or shipping carriers.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless expressly stated at checkout or in writing.
Inkcora is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, border inspections, import requirements, or unpaid duties or taxes.
9. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Inkcora is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.
10. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the carrier is responsible for delivery.
If a package is lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@inkcora.com and include your order number, tracking number, and any relevant photos or details.
We will help review the issue and, when appropriate, assist with filing a carrier claim. However, Inkcora is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
For damaged packages, customers should keep the original packaging and provide clear photos of the damaged items and shipping materials.
11. Split Shipments
Some orders may ship in multiple packages or from different locations. If this happens, the customer may receive more than one tracking number.
Split shipments do not necessarily indicate that part of the order is missing.
12. Delivery Estimates and Event Deadlines
Customers are responsible for placing orders with enough time for production, shipping, customs clearance, and possible carrier delays.
If an order is needed for a specific event, campaign, launch, trade show, or deadline, the customer must contact Inkcora before placing the order.
Inkcora is not responsible for missed event dates or business deadlines unless a delivery date has been expressly guaranteed in writing.
