Last Updated: May 4, 2026

Welcome to Inkcora. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of inkcora.com, our products, and our services. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, placing an order, approving artwork, or purchasing from Inkcora, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

1. About Inkcora

Inkcora provides custom printing, embroidery, engraving, promotional products, corporate merchandise, packaging, and related customized products and services.

Our products are primarily intended for business, corporate, institutional, wholesale, or B2B customers located in the United States and Canada.

2. Custom Orders

All orders placed with Inkcora are custom-made or produced according to the customer’s approved specifications.

Because customized products are made specifically for each customer, all custom orders are considered final sale once production begins.

Once an order has been approved or has entered production, it cannot be canceled, modified, returned, exchanged, or refunded, except as expressly stated in our Return, Replacement, and Refund Policy.

3. Customer Responsibility for Order Details

The customer is responsible for reviewing and confirming all order details before approval, including:

  • Product type.
  • Quantity.
  • Sizes.
  • Colors.
  • Materials.
  • Artwork.
  • Logos.
  • Text and spelling.
  • Design placement.
  • Shipping address.
  • Billing information.
  • Production and delivery requirements.

Inkcora is not responsible for errors approved by the customer, including spelling mistakes, incorrect logos, wrong sizes, wrong quantities, incorrect colors, incorrect shipping addresses, or other customer-approved specifications.

4. Artwork, Files, and Print Specifications

Customers are responsible for submitting artwork, logos, designs, images, text, and files that meet our production requirements.

Inkcora is not responsible for quality issues caused by:

  • Low-resolution files.
  • Blurry or pixelated images.
  • Incorrect file formats.
  • Incorrect colors submitted by the customer.
  • Missing fonts.
  • Incorrect dimensions.
  • Artwork that does not meet print, embroidery, engraving, or production specifications.

When possible, Inkcora may notify the customer if submitted files appear unsuitable for production. However, Inkcora is not responsible for detecting every issue or error in customer-submitted artwork.

5. Artwork Approval and Proofs

Inkcora may provide digital proofs, mockups, order confirmations, production specifications, or physical samples depending on the order.

Proofs and mockups are intended to show general design placement and appearance. Colors, sizing, placement, and final results may vary slightly due to screen settings, materials, production methods, and normal manufacturing tolerances.

Once the customer approves a proof, mockup, quote, invoice, purchase order, artwork, or production specification, Inkcora may begin production based on that approval.

Customer approval confirms that the customer has reviewed and accepted all details of the order.

6. Intellectual Property

By submitting any artwork, logo, trademark, design, image, text, or other content to Inkcora, the customer represents and warrants that they own or have the legal right, license, permission, or authorization to use such materials.

The customer grants Inkcora and its production partners a limited right to use submitted materials solely for the purpose of preparing quotes, creating proofs, producing the order, fulfilling the order, providing customer service, and maintaining order records.

Inkcora reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that we believe may violate copyright, trademark, intellectual property, publicity, privacy, or other rights.

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Inkcora harmless from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses arising from the customer’s submitted materials or alleged infringement of third-party rights.

7. Refusal of Orders

Inkcora reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including orders that:

  • Contain unlawful, infringing, hateful, abusive, or misleading content.
  • Violate intellectual property rights.
  • Cannot be produced due to technical or supply limitations.
  • Include incorrect pricing or product information.
  • Appear fraudulent or unauthorized.
  • Violate these Terms or any Inkcora policy.

If an order is canceled before production begins, Inkcora may issue a refund for amounts paid, less any non-recoverable costs already incurred, where applicable.

8. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required in full at the time of order unless Inkcora expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

Inkcora reserves the right to update prices, product availability, shipping fees, rush fees, setup fees, and other charges at any time without prior notice.

Quotes are valid only for the period stated in the quote. If no period is stated, quotes may be changed or withdrawn at any time before payment and order acceptance.

9. Taxes, Duties, and Import Charges

Customers are responsible for any applicable sales taxes, use taxes, customs duties, tariffs, import taxes, brokerage fees, or similar charges.

For orders shipped to Canada, the customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, tariffs, or import-related charges unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Inkcora is not responsible for delays or costs caused by customs clearance, border inspections, import requirements, or unpaid duties or taxes.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation and approval of any required artwork, mockup, proof, or production details.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on product type, order quantity, destination, selected carrier, customs processing, and production schedule.

Domestic shipping within the United States may be provided through USPS, UPS, or other available carriers. Shipping to Canada may be provided through USPS, DHL Express, UPS, or other available international carriers.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Inkcora is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or events outside our control.

If a delivery date is required for an event, campaign, trade show, launch, or other deadline, the customer must contact Inkcora before placing the order. Delivery dates are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by Inkcora.

11. Rush Production

Rush production may be available for certain products or orders.

Customers must contact Inkcora at hello@inkcora.com before placing an order if they need rush production or delivery by a specific date.

Rush production is not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by Inkcora. Additional rush production fees and expedited shipping fees may apply.

12. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

All customized products are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund except as stated in Inkcora’s Return, Replacement, and Refund Policy.

Claims for defective, damaged, incorrect products, or production errors attributable to Inkcora must be submitted within 7 calendar days from delivery.

Claims must be sent to hello@inkcora.com and must include the order number, description of the issue, photographs, and the quantity of affected units.

Approved remedies may include replacement, reprint, store credit, or refund for the affected units, at Inkcora’s discretion.

13. Production Tolerances

The customer acknowledges that custom production may involve reasonable variations, including:

  • Minor color differences.
  • Minor placement differences.
  • Minor size or alignment differences.
  • Material, texture, batch, or finish variations.
  • Normal manufacturing, printing, embroidery, engraving, or packaging tolerances.

These variations are not considered defects if they fall within reasonable commercial production standards.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, the customer accepts a production quantity tolerance of up to +/- 5% for custom orders.

However, we do not guarantee that all information on the website is complete, current, error-free, or accurate at all times.

Product colors may appear differently depending on screen settings, materials, lighting, and production methods.

Inkcora reserves the right to correct errors, update information, change or discontinue products, or cancel orders affected by incorrect information.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Inkcora’s total liability for any claim related to an order, product, service, or website use shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the affected order or affected units.

Inkcora shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business-related damages, including lost profits, lost sales, lost customers, lost business opportunities, reputational harm, event costs, campaign costs, or missed deadlines.

17. Indemnification

The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Inkcora, its owners, employees, contractors, suppliers, production partners, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Customer-submitted artwork, logos, trademarks, designs, text, or files.
